14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with Pops within the first 14 days of your first paid charge, email us at support@thepopspodcast.com and we will refund 100% of your payment. No retention call. No lengthy form. Just a refund.

1. Overview

At Pops, we want you to love the product. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund, how to request one, and what happens to your account after a refund is processed. It applies to all subscriptions purchased through thepopspodcast.com.

2. No free trial

Pops does not offer a free trial. A valid payment method is required at signup and your subscription begins immediately. However, all new paid subscriptions are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee described in Section 3.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you become a paying subscriber and you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge.

  • The guarantee applies to your first payment only on a new subscription.
  • To request a refund, email support@thepopspodcast.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your Pops account.
  • We process refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Your Pops account will be cancelled and access will end when the refund is issued.

4. Renewals and subsequent charges

After the 14-day guarantee window, all subscription charges are generally non-refundable, including:

  • Monthly or annual renewal charges after the first billing cycle.
  • Partial months or unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation.
  • Annual plan charges more than 14 days after initial payment.

Refunds for subsequent charges may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or exceptional circumstances. Contact us at support@thepopspodcast.com if you believe there has been a billing error.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@thepopspodcast.com with the subject line: Refund Request.
  2. Include the email address associated with your Pops account and a brief description of the issue (optional but helpful).
  3. We will confirm receipt within one business day and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

You do not need to provide a reason. You will not be sent to a retention team or pressured to stay.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pops subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your account. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access to Pops through the end of your current paid billing period. Since there is no free trial, cancellation does not result in a charge reversal — if you want a refund within the 14-day guarantee window, you must request one by email as described above.

7. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds: charges more than 14 days after the initial payment, annual plan charges after 14 days, accounts found to have violated our Acceptable Use Policy, and one-time add-on purchases (if applicable).

8. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly. Accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending resolution.
